Mall Hours
Monday - Friday: 10:00 am - 8:00 pm
Saturday: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
Sunday: 12:00 noon - 5:00 pm

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available in $5, $10 and $20. Purchase your gift certificates at The Shops on Steeles and 404 Management Office. We're located on the upper level in Suite 204. Please note not all shops and services accept mall gift certificates, please see individual tenant for details.

Automated Banking Machines
The Shops on Steeles and 404 has ABMs, located as follows:

  • ScotiaBank @ Food Basics entrance
  • TD Canada Trust @ south west entrance

Lockers
There is one bank of storage lockers on the lower level, next to the Info/Lotto booth in the north entrance vestibule. The lockers are approximately 12" x 17" x 17" and rent for $0.25 each.

Baby Change Stations
Baby change stations are located in the lower level men’s and women’s public washrooms for your convenience.

Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are available on a complimentary, first-come, first-served basis. A piece of government-issued identification must be presented to borrow a wheelchair. Modern, comfortable and clean washrooms are available for people with special needs. They are located on the lower level; within the public men's and women's washrooms.
